Energy-efficient design
A 6.5 NatHERS Rating (Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme) for the building and up to a rating of 8 for the apartments. From solar panels to double glazed windows, every detail is meticulously designed to conserve energy and reduce waste.
Renewable energy
Buying renewable energy through our embedded network provider reduces our reliance on fossil fuels. Every apartment has appliances that use electricity.
The carpark has also been designed to allow for electric car charging.
Water saving
We’ve installed a rainwater tank at Dux Churchill to water all the plants throughout the community. It’s used for flushing all toilets, too.
Moving forward
We encourage residents to ride their bikes, and as such, there is plenty of bike storage onsite. A shared electric vehicle is also provided for all residents to use.
