Our dedicated onsite staff make day to day life easy for you. The team at Dux Churchill includes a Village Manager, Concierge and maintenance personnel. Our Concierge is at your service for booking theatre, sports and restaurant reservations, greeting your guests and accepting deliveries. Need help hanging pictures, changing light globes or moving furniture? Our maintenance team is ready to assist.

Emergency response

Safety and peace of mind are paramount, which is why we offer a 24/7 emergency response service. There are two call buttons conveniently located in each apartment – so if you do need emergency help you can get it fast.

Additional services

We facilitate a range of user-pays services that enhance wellbeing and engagement. Whether privately or through a home care package, these services support your active lifestyle within the community and beyond. These could include apartment cleaning, laundry, pet care and meal delivery. Or they could include wellness activities like yoga, Tai Chi and arts and crafts.
