The teams behind Dux Churchill turned out in strength as the final beam was placed at award-winning, new retirement living development in Ringwood, Melbourne.

Representatives from Orion Internation Group joined forces with its construction partner Maben and marketing agency, One Fell Swoop to mark the topping out of Dux Churchill, a significant construction milestone that signals the building has reached its full structural height and is on course for completion.

In keeping with the longstanding topping out tradition, a native tree was placed at the highest point of the structure
